Offer Review

The Offer Review analyses the fund, discretionary investment service or the underlying company (if a single company offering) by reviewing items such as:

tick-12 the underlying investment’s advantages and disadvantages

tick-12 the fairness of its costs

tick-12 whether the risks have been identified and mitigated

tick-12 the sector and sub-sector of investment

tick-12 what deals are in the pipeline

tick-12 the exit strategy and

tick-12 the financial stability of the offer

Manager Review

The Manager Review examines the suitability of the team managing the investment, and considers items such as:

tick-12 its record of tax-advantaged investments

tick-12 the qualifications and experience of its key people

tick-12 its investment selection process

tick-12 its financial standing

tick-12 its fees and remuneration

tick-12 its client service and administration

tick-12 the custody of assets

tick-12 its fund raising history

tick-12 any services provided to advisers and investors

Promoter Review

The Promoter Review looks at the team responsible for marketing, distributing and promoting the investment by examining items such as:

tick-12 its record in fund raising by offering by year

tick-12 the qualifications and experience of its key people

tick-12 its client service and administration

tick-12 its allocation of resources

tick-12 any conflicts of interest

tick-12 any adviser or investor support both pre-sale and post-sale
