MICAP’s due diligence rests on a thorough understanding and evaluation of the tax-advantaged investment universe.

At the core of our research are our MICAP Reviews. These are completed by our in-house team of analysts and are typically a 20 to 25 page document that sets out the key areas that advisers should consider.

The second strand of our research is our Impact Assessment Scoring system. The Impact Scores are designed to be an objective assessment of an investment and its manager, based on the manager’s answers to our Impact Assessment Questionnaire (IAQ).

Finally, our Panel Support Services are tailored to each advisory firm’s specific needs, depending on their own in-house resources, the types of investments they wish to consider and the level of involvement they require from MICAP.
